What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technology, such as your browser's local storage, works in much the same way. We use both, and this page explains how. AisleReply is a brand of Unavoidable Studio Ltd, company number 17367981.
The choice you have
When you first visit, our banner lets you accept all cookies, reject the ones that are not essential, or choose by category. Nothing that is not essential runs until you agree. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies and site data for aislereply.com in your browser, which brings the banner back so you can choose again.
What we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off.
- ar_cookie_consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask you again on every page. Kept until you clear it.
- When you log in or pay, the login and checkout pages set cookies that keep you signed in and keep payments secure. Payment pages are provided by Stripe or GoCardless, which set their own security cookies.
Functional (only if you agree)
These remember choices such as language or display preferences, so the site works the way you left it.
Analytics (only if you agree)
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful, in aggregate. It sets these cookies:
- _ga: tells visits apart. Kept for up to two years.
- _ga_ followed by an ID: keeps track of the current visit. Kept for up to two years.
Google handles this data under its own terms and may process it in the United States, protected by UK transfer safeguards. We use Google's consent mode, so Google Analytics does not set cookies unless you accept analytics.
No advertising cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.
Other services
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address so that it can deliver them but does not set cookies. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that under its own policy.
