About these terms
These terms apply when you buy or use AisleReply. AisleReply is a brand of Unavoidable Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17367981 (see the Companies House register). "We", "us" and "our" mean Unavoidable Studio Ltd. "You" means the person or couple who buys a plan.

What AisleReply does
AisleReply is an online tool for collecting wedding RSVPs. We set up your event with your guest list, questions and details, and give you a link to share with your guests. Guests reply online without creating an account, and you see their replies in your dashboard. The features of each plan are set out on our pricing section and in our Help Centre at the time you buy.
Plans and payment
- Plans are a one-off payment per wedding. There is no subscription and no renewal.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.
- You pay by card through Stripe or by direct debit through GoCardless. Your plan starts once payment is confirmed.
- You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time by paying the difference. Downgrades are not available after purchase.
Setup
Every plan includes a done-for-you setup session. We will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase to book it. You agree to send us accurate guest details and event information in time for your session. We aim to give you a working link at the end of your setup call.
How long your account lasts
Your account stays active from purchase until 12 months after your wedding date. After that we archive your event. If you would like your data deleted sooner, or kept for longer, just ask.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet sent your invitations to guests. Once your invitations have gone out, the service has been substantially delivered, because your link is live and guests are replying, so a refund is no longer available. By asking us to set up your event and make your link live within the 14 days, you agree that the service starts straight away.
To cancel, email hello@aislereply.com. We will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
If something goes wrong on our side, tell us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Your guests' details
When you add guests to AisleReply, you are responsible for their details. You decide who is invited and what we ask them, and you are the data controller of your guest list. Only add people you have a genuine reason to contact about your wedding, and only ask for information you need. We handle guest details on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
Using AisleReply fairly
You agree not to use AisleReply to send messages that are unlawful, abusive or unrelated to your wedding, not to try to access other people's accounts or data, and not to copy, resell or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
Access for others
Depending on your plan, you can give other people, such as a partner, parent or planner, their own login. You are responsible for who you give access to, and for keeping login details private.
Availability
We work hard to keep AisleReply running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. If there is a problem, we will fix it as quickly as we can and keep you informed.
Our responsibility to you
If we do not meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure, up to the amount you paid for your plan. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as a guest giving a wrong answer or a failure of someone else's network.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Our content
AisleReply, including its design, software and branding, belongs to us. The content you give us, such as your names, wording and images, stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you.
RSVP Circle partners
If you join our RSVP Circle referral programme, your partner agreement with us applies as well as these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your plan is the one in place when you bought it, unless a change is needed by law.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
