How can we help?

Answers to the most common questions from couples, guests, and partners. Can't find what you need? Get in touch below.

Getting started

Everything you need to know from purchase to your first RSVP.

How does AisleReply work?

AisleReply handles your wedding RSVPs over WhatsApp. You sign up, we set up your event with your guest list, and each guest gets a personal WhatsApp message from AisleReply. They reply right there in the chat, and their answer appears in your dashboard in real time.

Nothing new for guests to download and no account to create. It just works.

How do I get started?

Two steps:

  • Choose your plan (Essential, Standard or Premium) on our pricing page.
  • Once you've paid, we'll be in touch within 24 hours to book your done-for-you setup session.

In your setup session (30-60 minutes depending on the plan), we'll build your event, import your guest list, configure your questions, and get your guests' WhatsApp messages ready to send.

What's "done-for-you setup"?

Instead of expecting you to figure out our software, we do the setup for you. You send us your guest list (spreadsheet, PDF, or handwritten if it comes to it), your event details, and any custom questions you want to ask. We build the whole thing.

Every plan includes this. Essential gets a 1-hour session, Standard gets 2 hours, and Premium includes priority setup with more time as reasonably needed.

How long does setup take?

Most couples are fully live within 15 minutes of their setup call. If you have a very complex guest list (300+ guests, multiple events, custom seating), it might take up to an hour to get everything perfect.

Either way, you'll leave the call with your guests' WhatsApp messages ready to go out as soon as you say so.

Can I use AisleReply if my wedding is in a few weeks?

Absolutely. We can get you set up the same day if needed. The tighter the timeline, the more valuable AisleReply becomes: automated reminders can catch up on missing replies faster than you can chase them manually.

What format should my guest list be in?

Whatever you've got. Ideally a spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV) with columns for each guest's name and mobile number, as the mobile number is where their WhatsApp message goes. But if you've got a Word document, a Notes app list, or handwritten pages, we'll work with that too.

During your setup session we handle the data entry so you don't have to.

Can I preview my RSVP page before I share it?

Yes. Once your setup is complete, we send a test RSVP to your own WhatsApp so you can try the whole guest experience yourself before anything goes out to your guests.

Pricing & billing

One-off pricing, no subscriptions, straightforward refunds.

How much does AisleReply cost?

We have three one-off plans:

  • Essential: £149 (up to 100 guests, 1 event)
  • Standard: £349 (up to 300 guests, 2 events, reminders, caterer export)
  • Premium: £599 (unlimited guests & events, priority setup, WhatsApp summary)

All prices are one-off, per wedding. No subscriptions, no annual renewal.

Is there a subscription or annual fee?

No. AisleReply is a one-off purchase. Pay once for your wedding, use it all the way through, done. Your account stays active from purchase until 12 months after your wedding, then we archive it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase OR before you've sent your invitations (whichever is sooner). After that, the service has been substantially delivered (your guests' messages have gone out and they can reply), so refunds aren't available.

To request a refund, email hello@aislereply.com. We'll process it within 14 days back to your original payment method.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Essential to Standard or Premium at any time: you just pay the difference between plans. Downgrades aren't offered after purchase, so we recommend choosing the right plan at the outset.

Which plan should I choose?

A rough guide:

  • Under 100 guests, 1 event → Essential is fine
  • 100-300 guests, or you want a ceremony + reception with separate RSVPs → Standard
  • 300+ guests, multiple events (welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, next-day brunch), or you want WhatsApp summaries and hotel/travel info for guests → Premium

Most weddings, the ones our team calls "typical", land on Standard. Genuinely unsure? WhatsApp Andrew on 07749 941111.

How do I pay?

Credit/debit card via Stripe, or direct debit via GoCardless. Both are handled securely by our payment processors, and we never see or store your card details.

Guests & RSVPs

How your guests experience AisleReply, and what happens when they don't reply.

Do my guests need to create an account?

No. Guests reply to their WhatsApp message, say yes or no, add any details you've asked for (meal choice, dietary needs, plus-one), and they're done. No account, no new app, no password.

What if a guest doesn't reply?

On Standard and Premium plans, we send gentle automated reminders on your schedule (typically at 7 days, 14 days, and 21 days after invite). Most guests reply on the first or second nudge.

On Essential, you can send one reminder to all pending guests when you're ready.

Can guests reply in their own language?

Yes. AisleReply supports 50+ languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, and many more. Each guest can reply in the language they're most comfortable with.

You always see their reply in English in your dashboard.

Can guests change their reply later?

Yes. Guests can message back on WhatsApp at any time to update their reply, meal choice, or notes. You see the update in your dashboard in real time.

Do my guests need an email address?

No. Everything happens on WhatsApp, so all we need is each guest's mobile number. Their personal message arrives in WhatsApp and they reply right there.

Can guests bring a plus-one they haven't named yet?

Yes. When you set up your guest list, you tell us who's allowed a plus-one. Those guests get an extra field on their RSVP where they can name their guest, add dietary needs, and confirm attendance. Everyone else just replies for themselves.

Setup & customisation

Making AisleReply feel like it belongs to your wedding.

Can I customise how my RSVP page looks?

Yes. Every plan includes basic styling: your names, wedding date, custom welcome. Standard and Premium include a custom welcome message and image, and Premium lets you match the colours and typography to your wedding stationery.

If you have specific brand elements you want reflected (invitations designer, custom monogram, wedding website palette), send them to us during your setup call and we'll match them.

Can I ask my own custom questions?

Yes. In addition to standard questions (attending? plus-one? meal choice? dietary needs?), you can add your own: song requests, transport preferences, whether they're staying at the recommended hotel, whether they need childcare information. We'll set them up in your onboarding call.

How do multiple events work (ceremony + reception, welcome dinner, etc.)?

On Standard, you can add up to 2 events. On Premium, unlimited. Each event has its own guest list: some guests might be invited to the ceremony only, some to the whole day, some just to the reception. The tool asks each guest to RSVP for each event they're invited to.

How do I export my guest list for the caterer?

Standard and Premium include a one-click export. Log in, click Export, and you get a clean spreadsheet with names, meal choices, dietary needs, allergies, and any custom fields you've added. Your caterer or planner can use it directly.

Can other people help me manage my account?

Yes. Standard includes group access for up to 2 people (you plus one, perfect for a partner or a mother-of-the-bride). Premium includes up to 4 (add your wedding planner, an extra parent, whoever). Each person gets their own login, so there's no password sharing.

Data & privacy

We take your guests' data as seriously as you do.

Is AisleReply UK GDPR compliant?

Yes. AisleReply is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and we operate under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

See our full Privacy Policy for detail. Our Data Processing Agreement is available on request from privacy@aislereply.com.

Who owns the guest data?

You do. Under UK GDPR, when you use AisleReply, you're the "data controller" of your guest list: you decide why the data is collected. We're the "data processor": we handle it only on your instructions, to deliver the service.

You can export your guest data at any time, and delete it at any time.

Do you sell my data or my guests' data?

No. Never. We don't sell data to anyone, run adverts, or use your guests' details for marketing. We're a paid tool, not a data broker. Your guests' contact details are yours alone.

How long do you keep my data?

Your account and event data are kept for 12 months after your wedding date, then archived. If you want it deleted sooner (or kept longer), just tell us.

Payment records are kept for 7 years to comply with UK tax law.

What if there's a data breach?

We have industry-standard security in place: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and regular reviews. If a breach did occur and it affected your data, we're legally required to notify you and the ICO within 72 hours.

Our full security measures are documented in our Data Processing Agreement.

For partners

Questions from wedding planners, venues, caterers, and other suppliers.

What is the RSVP Circle?

The RSVP Circle is our partner referral programme for wedding suppliers. You refer couples to AisleReply, they buy a plan, you earn 20% commission. See our For planners page for full details.

How much does it cost to become a partner?

Nothing. There's no membership fee, no minimums, no lock-in. We provide the tracking link and marketing materials free.

How is commission tracked?

Each partner gets a unique referral link and a promo code. Any couple who clicks your link (within 60 days of buying) or uses your promo code at checkout is attributed to you. You get a monthly statement showing every referral and commission earned.

When am I paid?

Monthly, by bank transfer, in the month after commission is accrued, provided your balance is at least £50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
